2.What is the Branched-Chain Amino Acid / BCAA  ? 
In the human body, amino acids are essential to the synthesis of protein and are often termed as "the building blocks" of proteins.
There are around 20 different amino acids whereby 9 of these are termed essential amino acids that cannot be produced by the body alone; therefore these must be consumed through a balanced diet.
